A special CBI court in Hyderabad today postponed hearing on the bail petition filed by Karnataka former Minister Gali Janardhana Reddy and his brother Srinivas Reddy to the 29th of this month. The court postponed further hearing of the bail petition as their advocate did not turn up. AIR correspondent reports the CBI have meanwhile filed the counter affidavit opposing bail to Gali brothers. The Karnataka former Minister and his brother, presently in judicial custody on alleged misappropriation charges relating to mining sector, had filed their bail petition on the 19th of this month.
