Hearing on the CBI's closure report in the Aarushi murder case has been posted for Friday by CBI Special Court in Ghaziabad. The court directed investigating officer in the case to present before it relevant documents, including case diary, on Friday. The court has also rejected application of Dr Rajesh Talwar and his wife Nupur seeking permission to oppose the CBI closure report in the murder case.
