Hearing in 7/11 blasts case adjourned till June 14

Mumbai's Special MCOCA court on Monday adjourned the hearing in the 7/11 Mumbai serial train blasts case till June 14. Judge Y D Shinde has asked public prosecutor Raja Thakare to make his opening remarks and start producing witnesses in the case from June 14 onwards. <br/><br/>Nearly four years after the serial train blasts which killed 187 people and injured more than 800, the hearing in this case resumed today. <br/><br/>Earlier, on 25th of April this year, the Supreme Court had vacated the stay on this case after dismissing the petition filed by one of the accused Kamal Ansari challenging the constitutional validity of Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act.
