<span style="color: #222222;">The Union Health Ministry today organized a webinar on Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Diseases to empower medical officers posted in Primary Health Centres, Community health centres and district hospitals. Over seven thousand medical officers joined the Webinar.<br />''<br />''Speaking on the occasion, Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan highlighted the need for Capacity Building Programmes for Medical Officers to tackle Non-Communicable Diseases at the primary level. He said, that Capacity building is necessary for medical officers as it provides them with the unique opportunity to access valuable knowledge and enhance their ability to address the challenges posed by Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Diseases effectively. Mr Bhushan said, it equips them with the skills to understand the risk factors, the appropriate diagnosis, as well as standard treatment flows to tackle the rising challenge of Fatty Liver Diseases in the country.</span><br />
