Sample tests suggest Omicron variant causes 94% of the cases while  Delta variant accounts for the remaining. Of the Covid-19 cases arriving in Kerala from neighbouring  States and abroad, 80% were infected with Omicron variant.<br />''<br />''Briefing media, the Health Minister said, coming three weeks will be crucial for Kerala, and cases can attain a peak in some districts.
