Health minister Mansukh Mandaviya calls for public participation in eliminating evil of Tuberculosis from the county

<span style="color: #222222;">Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr Mansukh Mandaviya has reaffirmed government's commitment to make India TB-free by 2025 by ensuring access to quality health care and advanced treatment. He called for public participation in eliminating the evil of Tuberculosis from the county. He said collective efforts of the people will play a &nbsp;key role in eliminating TB much before the Sustainable Development Goal of 2030.&nbsp; Mr Mandaviya said this while inaugurating the &quot;Step Up to End TB – World TB Day Summit&quot; at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi today.&nbsp; He said, TB eradication programme of the government is going on at a fast pace and the central government is committed to TB elimination by 2025.</span><br />
