Health Minister JP Nadda holds review meeting on control of vector borne diseases

Health Minister J P Nadda today held a high level meeting in New Delhi to review the activities for prevention and control of vector borne diseases like dengue, malaria and chikungunya in the country. <br/><br/>Mr Nadda said, there is no shortage of medicines, diagnostic kits and masks and assured the states for all possible help from the government. <br/><br/>During the meeting, Mr Nadda stated that awareness is the key in controlling the vector borne diseases and no stone should be left unturned to reach out to the people. <br/><br/>Noting that community participation and empowerment are the most crucial areas in prevention, the Minister urged all the stakeholders to start rigorous awareness campaigns.
