Burhanudin Rabbani, the head of Afghanistan's peace council negotiating with the Taliban will hold delegation level talks with External Affairs Minister S M Krishana in New Delhi today.He is heading a 15-member delegation. During his two-day visit, Rabbani will call on vice president Mohd Hamid Ansari and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.During the meetings, India is expected to reiterate adherence to the red lines while going ahead with the peace process as outlined in the London conference last year. It includes severing of ties with the al-Qaeda.
