Karnataka High Court is likely to pronounce orders on the anticipatory bail petition of former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa today.
Yeddyurappa is seeking anticipatory bail in one of the five complaints filed against him and his family members relating to alleged irregularities in denotification of land.
The High Court has already granted bail to Yeddyurappa in two of the cases. He has also got anticipatory bail in another two of the five complaints.
In the fifth complaint, Justice H Billappa of High Court had adjourned the case last week, saying that the main order was yet to be ready and there were certain corrections to be made therein.
In this case, besides Yeddyurappa, the other accused are Davalagiri Property Developers Private Limited and Bhagath Homes Private Limited both promoted by Yeddyurappa's family, Yeddyurappa’s Son in law RN Sohan Kumar and Adarsh Developers represented by B M Jayashankar and Karunesh. All the complaints against Yeddyurappa, on denotification were filed in the Lokayuktha Court.
