Delhi High Court today fixed 23rd of this month for hearing the pleas seeking cancellation of interim bail granted to JNUSU President Kanhaiya Kumar. Yesterday, a judge referred petitions for cancellation of interim bail of Kanhaiya Kumar to the Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court for allocating it before another bench. <br/><br/>The court took the decision after objections were raised by one of the petitioners on warning that they may have to bear the cost on dismissal of their pleas.<br/><br/>A local court in Delhi yesterday reserved for tomorrow its order on JNU students Umar Khalid and Anirban Bhattacharya's bail pleas in a sedition case. The bail application was opposed by the police on the ground that allegations were grave as they were the main organisers of the campus event on the 9th of last month.
