The Delhi High Court will today hear fresh petitions filed by 20 Aam Aadmi Party MLAs challenging the Centre's notification against their disqualification as legislators for holding office of profit. <br/><br/>The fresh petitions were filed yesterday a day after their earlier pleas became infructuous on account of the President giving his assent to the Election Commission's recommendation to disqualify them. The fresh petitions said, the decision to disqualify them was taken in undue haste.<br/><br/>
