Madhya Pradesh high court has stayed the arrest warrant issued by National Commission for Scheduled Castes against the state’s Chief Secretary Avni Vaishya till 21st June. <br/> <br/>The Commission had issued arrest warrant against Mr. Vaishya on 24th of this month as he failed to appear before it thrice. Mr. Vaishya filed a writ petition seeking that arrest warrant issued against him to be set aside. <br/> <br/>The Commission had summoned Chief Secretary thrice to clear the position of the state government on alleged recruitment of general candidates on reserved posts. <br/>
