The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Wednesday rejected bail to Kadapa Lok Sabha Member Jaganmohan Reddy who is on Judicial Remand in connection with the disproportionate assets case. While rejecting bail, Justice Govindarajulu observed that the court will not interfere at the moment when investigation is in crucial stage.The YSR Congress president had moved the high court after the CBi special court rejected his bail petition. He is presently in Chanchal Guda Jail in Hyderabad on judicial remand.Meanwhile, a CBI special Court in Hyderabad on Wednesday extended Judicial Remand of Jaganmohan Reddy till 18th of this month. Justice Durga Prasad of the CBI Special Court extended the Judicial Remand after speaking to Jaganmohan Reddy through Video Conference.
