The Lucknow bench of Allahabad High court has ordered the U.P government to file inquiry report related to multi crore food grain scams occurred after the year 2000 by 6th January 2010. The bench comprising Justice Devi Prasad Singh and Justice S.C Chwodhary passed this order today and instructed the state’s Principal Secretary Home and DG police to provide full assistance to CBI which is investigating the multi crore food grain scam. The high court also directed to CBI to present their progress report on inquiry to the court by 8th of January.
