The Rajasthan High Court on Wednesday ordered to include Central Bureau of Investigation as a party in Bhanwari Devi case.While hearing the habeas corpus petition filed by Bhanari Devi's husband, the High Court said CBI is investigating this case, therefore, a notice should be served to investigation agency through Inspector General of Police of Jodhpur. The court also rejected the state government's plea to reject habeas corpus petition. The next hearing in the case will be on 3rd of next month.Bhanwari Devi, an auxiliary nurse is missing since 1st September. Meanwhile CBI has started investigation of this case and inquiry is going on.
