The Rajasthan High Court today ordered the sealing of the office of Rajasthan Cricket Association till the 30th of this month on a plea by Lalit Modi against a no-confidence vote, which had led to his ouster as its chief.The interim order by the single bench of Justice Bela MTrivedi came on a petition filed by Modi against the vote at an emergency governing body meeting held in Jaipur this Monday. Modi alleged that the state units of RCA present at the meeting were not allowed to enter the premises through the use of force and deterrence to life.After hearing Modi's plea, the Bench issued notice to president of Rajasthan Sports Council, J C Mohanti, and directed him to appear before the court with the record of proceedings on the 30th of this month. It also issued a notice to Principal Secretary Sports, DGP, Rajasthan Cricket Association, Commissioner Jaipur police and some other persons.
