The Jharkhand High Court has issued notices to Deputy Chief Minister Sudesh Mahato and former Chief Minister Arjun Munda for allegedly giving wrong information about their assets while filing nominations for the assembly elections in 2005. <br/>The bench also directed the Election Commission and the Income Tax department to file their responses within four weeks.<br/>
