Rajasthan High Court today issued notices to State Govt, BCCI and Rajasthan Cricket Association over water use during IPL matches to be held in Jaipur. The High Court has sought reply by 27th April over shifting of matches to be played after the 30th of April from drought-hit Maharashtra to Rajasthan, which is also facing water shortage. A PIL was filed on Wednesday before Rajasthan High Court.
