The Punjab and Haryanas High court has issued notice to the central government, Haryana Government and former Haryana DGP S.P.S. Rathore on PIL filed by a senior advocate Ranjan Lakhanpal in the High Court to re-open the Ruchika molestation case. <br/> <br/>The High Court will hear the PIL on 27th of this month. Meanwhile, the Panchakula session court will decide on bail plea of former DGP Rathore on Thursday. If he is not granted interim bail by the court, he may be arrested soon. <br/> <br/>Panchkula court has clubbed the anticipatory bail petition of Sewa Singh, a co-accused in the Ruchika molestation and suicide case for hearing on Thursday. On Wednesday, Haryana Government handed over the probe into 3 fresh FIRs against Rathore to the CBI.<br/>
