Karnataka High Court on Thursady granted conditional bail to former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa in a corruption case relating to alleged irregularities in denotifying lands.Justice B V Pinto allowed the bail plea of Yeddyurappa in the third private complaint and directed him to furnish a surety for five lakh rupees and not to tamper with evidence.Meanwhile, hearing on Yeddyurappa’s bail application in the fourth private complaint has been posted for tomorrow.In the event of the court also granting him bail in this complaint, Yeddyurappa may walk free out of the jail.In another development, Lokayukta Special Court on Thursady extended the judicial custody of Yeddyurappa and former minister S N Krishnaiah Setty till November 15.Judicial custody of both ended on Thursady.
