Delhi High Court has disposed of the plea for Election Commission of India probe into complaint against Prime Minister Narendra Modi for allegedly giving incorrect account of his 2014 Lok Sabha poll expenses. The Court said that the Election Commission was already seized of the matter.<br/><br/>A petition was moved in the Delhi High Court by a former Congress MP Rajesh Mishra alleging that Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave an incorrect account of his poll expenditure and sought his disqualification as an MP. In his petition, he alleged that the poll panel has been sitting on his complaint.
