The Karnataka High Court has dismissed the two petitions of former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa wherein he had challenged the summons issued against him regarding his alleged involvement in land denotification in Bangalore .Justice Anand Byrareddy pronounced the judgement and vacated the stay on investigation of the case in the lower court.The Lok Ayukta court had issued summons on August last year against Yeddyurappa on the charges of illegally denotifying BDA and in Arkavathy Layout, Devarachikkanahalli and Arekere.The complaint also states that the then Chief Minister had denotified the land in favour of his near and dear ones.Yeddyurappa is facing totally five complaints of land denotification done during his tenure as Chief Minister.
