<br/>The Delhi High Court today dismissed a petition seeking disqualification of Congress President Sonia Gandhi as a Lok Sabha member for accepting a title conferred by the Belgium government on her. A bench headed by Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul also imposed a cost of ten thousand rupees on the petitioner, P Rajan, who had filed a similar petition earlier too. Rajan had sought directions to the Election Commission to hold an inquiry against Gandhi, who was conferred the 'Order of Leopold', the second highest civilian award of Belgium, and an honorary doctorate in November, 2006. The High Court had on 16th of last month dismissed a similar petition filed by Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy.<br/>
