The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court has dismissed CBI’s plea challenging the dropping of charges against Mr. L. K. Advani, Uma Bharti and MM Joshi for conspiring to demolish the disputed structure in Ayodhya on sixth of December in 1992. An earlier court order had discharged Mr. Advani of conspiracy charges. The CBI had moved a review petition challenging this order but the court on Thursday dismissed it.<br/> However, the case with regard to charges of provoking people into rioting and arson and creating discord among communities is still pending. <br/><br/>
