The Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court has directed the state government to produce reports of inquiry set up by it in connection with an alleged scam in the National Rural Health Mission.AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that a division bench of the court comprising Justice Pradeep Kant and Justice Ritu Raj Awasthi, has passed this order while hearing a Public Interest Litigation seeking direction of CBI probe into the alleged scam in NRHM in the state. The court has said that the reports of the inquiry shall be produced if it has been completed, failing which a status report of inquiry be placed before it. The court has also asked for audit reports of funds provided by the centre for NRHM conducted by the state as well as the Centre, if any, for the period commencing 2006-07, 2007-08 onwards.The court has fixed 11th of this month as next date of hearing of the case.
