<span style="color: #222222;">The Madras High Court has directed the Tamil Nadu police to book those who are protesting against the Citizenship Amendment Act in Tiruppur without permission. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">A group of people are holding demonstrations in the knitwear city since February 15. A case was filed in the Madras High Court seeking action against the protestors saying they were blocking the passage of common public including students and office goers. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">When the case came up for hearing before a Division Bench comprising Justices Sundaresh and Krishnan Ramasamy, the Government pleader said over twenty cases have been booked against those who have held demonstrations for and against the CAA. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The court then directed the police to remove the agitators from the site and book them under relevant sections of the law.</span><br />''
