The Himachal Pradesh High Court has directed Congress Party's senior leader Priyanka Gandhi to file reply on information sought under the RTI Act regarding purchase of land. The High Court Judge Justice Tarlok Sigh Chauhan while hearing the case on Thursday said that this reply should be filed within four weeks.<br/><br/>The matter is regarding the purchase of land by Priyanka Gandhi in Charabbra area near Shimla and a Delhi based RTI activist Ashish Bhattacharya has sought information in the land deal. His councilor appealed court to bring some documents of the case on record. Bhattacharya has also alleged that the state government is deliberately hiding the information in the deal on the pretext that Priyanka Gandhi is under the cover of SPG protection. The next hearing of the case would take place on June 2nd 2016.
