<br/>In Maharashtra, the Aurangabad bench of the Bombay High Court has directed the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd ( MSEDCL )not to sever electricity supply of the agriculturists unable to pay charges.<br/><br/>The interim ruling was given on Wednesday by the bench comprising Justices S S Shinde and A M Khanwilkar. The ruling comes in the backdrop of MSEDCL's statewide drive launched to snap power supply of farmers who are unable to pay charges.
