The Delhi High Court has cleared the decks for the fourth and final cricket Test between India and South Africa slated to begin from December 3rd. <br/><br/>The final hurdle in the way was cleared this morning after the Delhi High Court asked the city government not to take coercive steps against Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) till further orders with regard to the Rs 24.45 crore entertainment tax slapped by the government on the state cricket body. The DDCA has been directed to deposit one crore rupees in this regard in two installments. <br/><br/>The latest High Court direction comes a day after it asked the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) to issue a provisional occupancy certificate to DDCA for hosting the international game. The court also told the government not to withhold the no objection certificate to the state cricket body. <br/><br/>DDCA had already run out of time to get clearances before the November 17 deadline set by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) though the Indian board waited for the court orders before finalising the host venue for the final game. <br/><br/>An elated DDCA Vice President Chetan Chauhan said today the state association has already started the work of the match slated for December 3rd.
