<span style="color: #222222;">Delhi High Court on Tuesday asked the Delhi Government to take over an oxygen refilling plant with immediate effect and also served contempt notice to five other refiling.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">It cautioned Delhi government and ask to take strict measures to ensure that medical oxygen should cost minimal to the common people.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The court also order Delhi government to send its officers to the oxygen plant and take over the running of those plant if required.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">A bench of Justice Vipin Sanghi and Rekha Palli while hearing a plea made by hospital regarding the oxygen and drugs said that the Delhi government should deal with the rising cases.   </span><br />''  <br />
