The Delhi High Court on Wednesday appointed a four-member committee to look into the alleged violations of labour laws at Commonwealth Games project sites. <br/><br/>A bench of the court constituted a committee comprising a labour commissioner, labour secretary, former UN ambassador and a person associated with National Human Rights Commission. The court asked the committee to convene a meeting on Monday to look into the allegations and file its report by March 17.<br/><br/>It passed the order in response to a PIL filed by a civil rights group alleging that the Centre has failed to force private companies to abide by the labour laws.
