The Allahabad High Court accepted a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) on the issue lack of column for transgenders in official Airline services, Indian Railway and Transport Firms in their passenger forms.<br/><br/>Two judges bench comprising acting Chief Justice V K Shukla and Justice M C Tripathi asked the central government and its civil aviation department, Railways and Road Transport and Highways department to file their affidavit on this issue in six week time.
