The Rajasthan High Court has accepted the petition challenging the notices issued to 19 rebel MLAs of the Congress by the Secretary of Rajasthan Assembly. <br />'' <br />'' The petition was filed by MLA Prithvi Raj Meena and 18 other rebel MLAs of Congress, which was heard twice in the court of Justice Satish Chand Sharma later this afternoon. <br />'' <br />'' For the first time, Advocates appearing for the petitioners sought time to amend the petition, which was accepted by the court. The amended petition was heard at 5 in the evening, after which it was accepted by the court. The matter will now be heard by the divisional bench of the court.<br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Assembly's Secretariat had issued notices to 19 rebel MLAs of Congress on a petition submitted by the Chief whip Mahesh Joshi who sought to initiate proceedings related to disqualifying to Former Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot and other 18 MLAs for violating the party's whip. These MLAs have been asked to submit their reply by tomorrow.<br />'' <br />'' <br />'' </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR correspondent reports, even after six days of  long political drama, former Deputy Minister Sachin Pilot is yet to issue an official statement. However, other rebel MLAs have released a video saying that they are fighting for their self-respect and are ready to pay any price for it. On the other hand, Transport Minister Pratap Singh Khachariwas said that if any MLA wants to return to the party, the doors are still open for him.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">On the other hand, BJP state president Satish Poonia said that the party is keeping a close eye on the developments and will make a move at the right time. Meanwhile, Vice President of Bharitiya Tribal Party Paresh Bhai Vasava said that his party is supporting the state government. After the matter of the ongoing conflict between the Congress and rebel legislators reached the court today, there is very little hope of the political deadlock ending soon.</span>
