In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, police today busted a Hawala racket and arrested two persons in village Kanga Bhoorti near LoC in Mendhar area of Poonch district with more than Rs 25 lakh .The Additional Director General of Police, Jammu zone said that the seized money was meant for terror financing.<br />''<br />
