Hasan refuses treatment, claims doc threatened him to inject with HIV+ blood

Mumbai’s J J Hospital has refuted Hasan Ali Khan’s allegations that he was threatened by a doctor to pay Rs 1 crore or get injected with HIV positive blood.

Dr. H H Jadhav, Superintendent of J J Hospital told AIR that the concerned doctor has given a written statement to the hospital rubbishing the claim. He added that the same statement has been submitted to the court.

Dr. Jadhav further informed that Khan has not allowed any doctor to treat him, ever since he was admitted to the hospital.

Earlier, Pune businessman, Hasan Ali Khan, accused of money laundering and tax evasion had claimed that he was suffering from high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney problems and heart ailments and had also suffered a paralytic stroke.

The hospital authorities, however, said that his health was normal at that time and there were no signs of a paralytic attack.
