In Sirsa district of Haryana, "Viksit Bharat Sankalap Yatra" will start on November 25.<br />'' <br />''Additional Deputy Commissioner Dr Vivek Bharati today told that every village and every ward of cities of the district will be connected to the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra.
