Haryana Vidhan Sabha has announced biennial election programme to elect two members of Rajya Sabha from the state. The seats have fallen vacant on the retirement of Tarlochan Singh and resignation of Ajay Singh Chautala.<br/><br/>The last date for filing nomination papers will be the 30th of this month and scrutiny of nominations will be done on the next day.<br/>
