Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today announced to set up of Cow Commission in Haryana and a University of Animal Sciences at Hisar . He said that owners of Murrah buffaloes yielding 25 liters or more milk will get 25,000 rupees as incentive money. Earlier it was 15000 rupees.<br/><br/>The Chief Minister was addressing a large gathering of cattle breeders and farmers at the campus of CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar. Mr. Hooda said that Cow Commission will work for improvement in the breed of cows.<br/>
