Haryana would introduce Haryana Right to Play Bill. Chief Minister Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda today said that access to sports facilities should be the right of every person. Chief Minister has ordered to constitute a 5-member committee under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary to consider various aspects of the Right to Play Bill 2012, before its introduction. The other members of the committee would include Financial Commissioners and Principal Secretaries of Sports, Finance, Higher Education and Secondary Education Departments. The proposed Bill has seven chapters and 29 sections.
