In Haryana, the State government has asked state authorities to prepare a Crisis Management Plan (CMP) in case their department or organization has sensitive or vital data, to counter cyber attacks and cyber terrorism.Instructions have been issued to all Heads of Departments, Deputy Commissioners, chief executives of Boards, corporations and other important offices. They have also been asked to establish a Crisis Management Group under the chairmanship of the Head of the Department.An Official spokesman said at Chandigarh on Monday that the Government has issued guidelines for taking action in this regard. He said that the Head of the Departments have also been asked to identify critical information assets and implement department's information security policy.
