Haryana: State government achieves remarkable 79.63% progress in ODF Plus initiative

In Haryana,  the State government has achieved a remarkable 79.63 percent progress in the ODF Plus initiative as of the 2nd of November. After reviewing the Swachh Bharat schemes at Chandigarh today, Chief Secretary of the State Sanjeev Kaushal said that 5411 villages which included  3777 aspiring, 391 rising, and 1243 model categories have achieved the status of ODF Plus. <br />''<br />''The Chief Secretary said, this remarkable progress signifies a substantial improvement from the previous national average achievement level of 65.64 percent as of the 3rd of August. <br />''<br />''The Chief Secretary encouraged district officers who have already achieved 80 percent ODF Plus coverage to aim even higher, setting an ambitious target of attaining 100 percent ODF Plus status within the next 15 days.<br />'' <br />''A  deadline of the 31st of December, however, has been set for all Deputy Commissioners and Chief Executive Officers in the districts to achieve 100 percent ODF Plus compliance.<br />''<br />''<br />''<br />
