In Haryana all the parties are in the process of finalising the lists of candidates in view of the upcoming Assembly Elections. Congress has announced all the four candidates for the constituencies of Dakha, Jalalabad, Phagwara and Mukerian. Mr Prasad was addressing Invest Digicom Seminar on FDI in New Delhi today. Calling India as a most promising destination for foreign direct investment, Mr. Prasad also asked his officials to be accessible for investors. The Minister said he wants to make India a big centre for data analytics and data refinery and his government is exploring new technologies like Artificial intelligence and machine learning. The  Minister further said technology should be transformative, low cost, accessible and homegrown.</span><br />
