The Haryana Police has started SMS-based complaint system through which the complaints will reach the Police officers by just sending an SMS. The initiative that has been introduced in all districts under Rohtak Range, Rohtak, Jhajjar, Sonepat, Panipat and Karnal. Inspector General of Police, Rohtak Range, V. Kamaraj said his office had been receiving a number of complaints against police personnel for not registering FIRs or harassing the victims of the crimes.
