Haryana Police has arrested two persons for smuggling drugs and recovered 22 kg poppy husk from their possession. The accused were travelling from Madhya Pradesh to Punjab.<br/> <br/>Stating this at Chandigarh today, a spokesman of the Police Department said that the accused, namely Rajkumar alias Raju and Rana Kumar, both residents of Ludhiana in Punjab were arrested at Bastara toll plaza in Karnal. <br/> <br/>During interrogation, the accused revealed that they had bought poppy husk from an unknown person at a railway station in Madhya Pradesh and were taking it to Punjab to sell it.
