Haryana launches 'Zindagi Zindabad' campaign

Haryana Government today launched a campaign known as 'Zindagi Zindabad' to make the people aware about the facilities being provided by the Haryana State AIDS Control Society. Launching the campaign Haryana Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Health Navraj Sandhu said that Haryana State AIDS Control Society has planned to open 50 new Facility Integrated Counselling and Testing Centres (FICTC) in the current financial year 2011-12 and 12 more such centres would be opened in Public Private Patenership mode as part of the drive against HIV and AIDS. At present there are 25 Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Centres in the State and three new STI clinics are being established in the year 2011-12 at Kalka sub district hospital in Panchkula district, Gynae wing of PGIMS, Rohtak and ESI Hospital, Faridabad.
