In Sirsa district of Haryana, a national programme of education for Girls at elementary level has been launched under Sarv Siksha Abhiyan to further motivate the girls for getting education. Under this programme more than Rs. 12,61,000 have been approved by the department in the current financial year. The information was given by a spokesman of the education department in Chandigarh today.
