In Haryana, Kisan Express has been diverted to Sirsa via Rohtak instead of Hisar following the protest by Jat Arakshan Snagharsh Samiti members. The protestors were siting near rail tracks at Hansi in Mayyar village of Bhiwani. The route of other trains like Rewari-Fazilka passenger passing through Bhiwani and Hisar have also been changed as a precautionary measure. The Samiti members were protesting over the delay in granting OBC status to Jats for reservation in government jobs.
