Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij has appealed to the migrant labourers not to go to their home state by foot or on bicycle.<br />''  <br />'' Mr Vij said, the government has made arrangement for sending eight lakh migrant labourers to their home state, who have registered themselves on the portal. He said, number of migrant labourers who have reached Ambala from Punjab by foot and on cycles, would not be allowed to move by the Punjab Government.<br />'' <br />'' He said that some migrant labourers who have expressed desire to come back in Haryana, will be called back after getting No Objection Certificate from their state.<br />
