Haryana Government has decided to provide loan at a meager interest rate of four per cent to the families living below poverty line for construction of their houses under Indira Awas Yojna.While stating this at Chandigarh today, an official spokesman said that each eligible beneficiary would be entitled to get 45,000 rupees for the construction of house.However, in case they are unable to construct their houses in the prescribed amount, such beneficiaries would be provided loan under differential rate of interest scheme for lending upto 20,000 rupees per housing unit at interest rate of four per cent.
