Haryana Government has agreed in principal to provide 25 acres of land in National Capital Region to Union Ministry of Tourism for setting up of Indian Culinary Institute in the State. Union Ministry of Tourism has requested for 50 acres of land to set up the institute near Delhi.Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Bhupinder Singh Hooda said at Chandigarh that the land would be provided with the condition that 50 per cent seats in the institute would be kept reserved for the students of Haryana, besides, village youth whose land would be provided for setting up the institute, be given employment in the institute.
